
How do you cope with pressure?


I eat more when under stress. I don't drink and wouldn't even consider smoking. I have cried and had panic attacks before I had to face certain women in the ring but it's gone when the fight's over. Most of the women I compete with do smoke to stay calm before fights. I'd rather just suffer through the panic than have to deal with being a smoker.
I stop listening to what world says just listen to music with loud volume , have a deep sleep , talk to my friends and come back stronger.
exercise, meditate.
