I can provide some general tips for how to handle stress and pressure at work:
1. Practice self-care: Take care of yourself both physically and mentally. This includes getting enough sleep, eating healthy, taking breaks throughout the day, and exercising regularly.
2. Manage your time effectively: Create a schedule or to-do list to help you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. This can help you stay organized and prevent feeling overwhelmed.
3. Communicate with your colleagues: Communicate with your colleagues about your workload and deadlines. This can help you get support and assistance if needed, and can also help you avoid feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
4. Focus on one task at a time: Try to focus on one task at a time and avoid multitasking. This can help you stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
5. Take breaks: Take short breaks throughout the day to recharge and refresh your mind. This can help you stay productive and focused.
6. Seek support: If you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, don't be afraid to seek support from a supervisor, coworker, or mental health professional. They can provide guidance and resources to help you manage stress and pressure at work.
Ask to step away a moment to collect yourself, anyone should oblige this, co workers anyway. Go outside, find some space, breathe and think through your immediate stress and how you can finish the day, because it probably won't get solved today. Plan on your own time how youbwant to handle the stress at home, where you can think wirhout duties. Some jobs, you just have to walk away, but most I believe are negotiable. Camt say I know enough specifics to say much more, what is the source of your stress?
Oh, and stay hydrated, people never do.
When I used to work my job where I was on my feet I told my friend my feet hurt and she says you get used to it after a few months. I believe you adjust and adapt and no longer struggle in the same way or to the same degree as you grow your mind and body and spirit through challenges. Your stress is like a muscle that gets more tough with time.

Honestly, just pushing through it and staying level-headed. Take the blows as they come, adjust to the best of your ability and communicate everything to your superiors. If your schedule says it's going to be close, it will be their responsibility to have a backup solution. If you say the deadline is impossible, it's their responsibility to either change the deadline or involve more people. You can reflect on the reasons and the process afterwards, focus on what you can actually do in the moment.
My former job required a lot of multitasking. Often it was overwhelming and people who I worked with could tell that I was "short circuiting". But I was the only licensed professional on site and they mostly understood that they weren't in the same level of responsibility.
I usually keep a bottle under my desk. Could have been worse...
That said, I don't reccomend that. I also have a playlist of classical music and relaxing rain tracks on my phone that I listen to when I take a break.
If you can do that, I also reccomend putting your phone on "Do not disturb" mode when outside work.
Well, for the most part, I have either killed, or 'beaten about the head and shoulders" those that stress me or put pressure on me. Seems to work LOLOLO🤷♂️🤷♂️👍😁
Honestly, I'm no different that others. I just try to 'roll with it". Hell, it's just another work day.
Work usually isn't stressful our crew is pretty efficient at what we do thus are often ahead when it comes to work orders. Really the only time it can be stressful is during harvest but even then we're excited because that means more money.
And if I was stressed at work I'd handle it the same way I handle stress in general, naps, music, working out, etc.
Don’t fight it, worry about it, or dread it as stress will always be available for you.
One thing at a time... you can't do it all at once
Multi-tasking means doing several things in a certain time frame. You still can't do more than one thing at a time. Allocate a time frame for each task, and stick to it.
The best way to handle stress at work, is to do a job you enjoy, so it doesn't stress you.
You did not ask what options most people have.
You asked how to handle stress.
The only way to handle stress, is to get rid of it.
Anything else will just eat away at the person's mind until they have a heart attack, and realize that what they really don't have an option for, is allowing constant stress in their life.
Depends, I handled a lot. Ideally, "re-plan", communicate, focus, get crap done.
Many people gave up and left... sometimes that is a good choice.
Its something I struggled with for some time, high pressure job isn't easy, especially if overflowing into private life time.
You have to develop a "duck's back". Realize there are limits to what humans can achieve and concentrate on the art of the possible. And most importantly have some interests outside of work.
I don't really have much stress. I know how to do my job and i show up every day and the owners seem happy with me.
I usually try to talk to someone else about it especially if they are in the same career as I am and sometimes that helps me to get things into perspective
You quit, nah I'm just playin, just get a stress ball or something
I wait until the stressors are done, I go make some tea and try to read my book. Pressure doesn't bother me, so long as it isn't too time sensitive.
Simple
I don't let stuff like that get to me. But I do strive better under stress and pressure.
Develop some sort of mantra such as "you are the change", live it and teach it. never back down from it
with passive aggressiveness
I give myself a time-out.
