Pregnancy can cause depression in some women because of hormones. There is an imbalance of hormones after giving birth, some women have severe imbalances. Some women also have depression or are extremely horny during pregnancy. This is all from fluctuating hormonal levels.

I knew about the hormone thing but I didn’t know lots of women take their life after giving birth.. that’s so sad

Yes, sometimes they kill their own baby. Postpartum psychosis.

Because a pregnancy is a big ass risk. You could have it, and then die. Or have it but it dies. Or have it, it lives, you live... but what have you done?

It does cause depression. A friend of a friend of mine just killed herself because of it. She had no signs of depression. She was successful, sweet, intelligent with a beautiful baby girl she adored. She had it all and know one saw it coming

No it dont cause depression as a direct link it does something that can cause depression which is a round about way of saying yes but it dont happen enough to just make the statement it has a chance to as it equally can not
