Has this happened to anyone else?
Why does my arm go numb when I'm running?

You use up a lot of magnesium when you exercise / run. Deficiency can lead to numbness since magnesium plays a role in nerve impulses. A high number of people are deficient in magnesium in general.
Pinched nerve somewhere.
Thank you. How does that happen?
Could be anything, slept wrong, twisted your neck, it usually starts in the C spine area.
Try either going to a chiropractor or get a deep tissue massage.
I had a couple of vertebrae that were twisted a bit and at any given moment my arm would fall asleep.
A chiropractor fixed me right up.
I remember this happening over 10 years ago too, so whatever happened, it dates back a while. I'll have it looked at.
