How to overcome panic attacks when I am out shopping? ?

I am okay until I go shopping. Every time I go to the shops I have a panic attack. How can I overcome this?

Create a small shopping list before you go in. Make sure you have money with you and if you STILL panic? Put some nice clothes on before hand. It will make you feel more confident.
