It’s hard to think of a supplement on the market these days that is as simple and straightforward as the basic multivitamin.

Not exactly straightforward because each multivitamin pack contains a different variety of vitamins at different percentages. Essentially, multivitamins are only effective if you have a nutritional deficit in your diet. For example, people that bodybuild or "cut" in order to lose body fat, don't always get the nutrients they need. They would definitely benefit from various multivitamins versus someone that is eating a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, etc. Their cup is 'overflowing' so to speak, and so any additional vitamins gained through supplements are just passed through the digestive system.

Most off the shelf multivitamins are low quality or don't have adequate amounts of each nutrient. I take all my supplements individually. The benefits of increasing your vitamin and mineral intake are you being more healthy.

It’s basically an all in one pill. It offers convenience to you since you only need to take one pill to get the combined benefits from all the different vitamins there is buttt it’s actually at a much lower dose (compared to if you were to take single ingredient supplements).

I prefer blended vegetables in a pill or drink over supplements and might invest in pistachios or aloe Vera once a month on Amazon.
