What's the bit fatty bit above my belly button?

I'm a chubby girl I've gained some more weight, but the section above my belly button has gotten so soft and a bit bigger, why has it started collecting here and what's it called?

It's called a Fupa and its likely genetics that causes fat to be deposited there. Sometimes our bodies cling on to fat in certain places to be prepared for having a baby.
