Guys who are jacked or have a lot of muscle and women who are skinny and/or have muscle, if you only have very low body fat, what is your diet?

If your body fat is extremely low and if yoire a guy with muscles that are noticeable or if you're a woman that works out and is either skinny or have some muscle whole also having extremely low body fat, what is your typical diet that you consume regularly? Do you also take any supplements with it or are you all natural?
