is slim fast diet good does it help or does anyone know a really good one that would help?

I did intermittent fasting and practice mindful eating (as in I allow myself to eat junk/sweets once in a while as long as it’s in moderation). I also follow serving sizes on snacks. So let’s say I’m craving some Oreos - the serving size is 3 cookies so that’s all I’ll be eating.

Don’t worry about it too much, you can always get back on track the next day 💪🏻. Don’t be too strict with yourself, allow yourself to indulge especially when you’re stressed out

I did a calorie deficit and lost a great amount of weight. I’ve just started it again as well.
My mom did keto about 4 years ago and lost about 30kg in a year.
Honestly you just have to keep at it and not give up. It’s hard but worth it
