All symptoms of pregnancy but negative test? anyone had this happen to them? If so what was your end result?

It's been a few weeks. I have every symtom of pregancy but I took 3 negitive pregancy tests. The tests were done spread out. Maybe I tested to early or somthing? I'm just scared there is something really wrong with me if I'm not pregnant.
Going to a doctor Monday. Anyone had this happen to them or your spouse? If so what happend? And what was the end result?

We are trying to have a baby. So we're really hoping that it is a pregancy. We were excited at 1st but highly disappointed when the tests came out negative. But I'm still having symtoms and no period.

You’d be surprised what the effects overthinking and stress can have on your body. Like you mentally hone in on a symptom one day and then it can stretch out through the day or multiple days. Trust me I’ve had the same feelings with my boyfriend. In the times we don’t use condoms I’ll worry about an accident having happened, then a few days later I’ll have morning nausea or stomach pain, increased or decreased appetite then really freak out about it. Always turns out being nothing lol. I also feel like with age my pre-period symptoms start towards the middle of the month now when I used to only get them maybe 2-3 days before my period starts. So I think those changes along with getting in my own head just really mess me up.

My breasts have hurt for 2 weeks. No period. Bloating. Unexplained weight gain. Nausea. And a few other symtom. I haven't changed my diet I'm pretty healthy to begin with. I go to the gym regularly. I'm not over weight nothing. I'm hoping the doctor can figure this out

Congratulations! Hopefully you get the answer you want on Monday🙏. Sorry about the disappointment, honestly I feel like towards the end of 29 and now at 30 my body is going through stuff it never went through. A friend of mine who just turned 33 has gone through some wild period changes. Like last year she went 3 weeks without a period, then it came on. She said usually her periods are regular length like 5ish days, but this one she had bleeding for a almost 2 weeks after it should’ve ended. I felt horrible because she was so drained, slept a lot and had huge bags, all because she was constantly bleeding. Then it stopped and it’s never happened again.
