Missed period, negative pregnancy test. Any woman experienced this?

Trying for a baby... Missed my period for 2 months. Negative pregnancy test. Stomachache for the last 3 days. I thought it might be due to stress. Any woman have the same problems?

Get tested for pcos or a possible cyst. 8 years ago, My period didn't come for one month and I had a negative pregnancy test was sent for an ultrasound and I found out I have pcos and later on I also found out I had a cyst as well.

If it is PCOS is it still possible to have kids?

Yes it is possible. It makes it harder to fall pregnant but you can still fall pregnant. I'm pregnant for the 1st time in my late 30's and only weeks away from having my bub. You might not have pcos but it is something you do need to have checked out by a doctor.

A single missed period isn't out of the ordinary for someone in their 30s. OTC pregnancy tests are notoriously unreliable. Best bet is to see your OBGYN.
