IIm christian how do I stay positive 24 7?

I think i am a bit psychotic cause i get so paranoid and have bad thoughts. I wish i had a doctor to help but i also dont generally know if i can trust one.

The bad thoughts can be coming from demons, seriously. Even we Christians can be bothered by demons. Is there a deliverance ministry in your area? If not, are you near Oklahoma City? Everett Cox has a deliverance ministry there where he casts out demons in Jesus' name. His site is delmin dot org. I found out about him through his shortwave radio show.

Nobody can stay positive 24/7 and I'd argue that it's neither healthy nor productive to try to be positive and happy about everything. It doesn't make you a bad person to have "bad" thoughts or negative feelings. It only makes you a bad person if you act on them and purposefully make others around you feel bad.

Also it sounds like you might need a bit of therapy. Consider it, it could help you.

You don't. The world is generally not a positive place, and maintaining that kind of attitude constantly requires a level of intellectual dishonesty that I would argue isn't very Christian.
