You have to ask yourself and ponder every day "What gets me excited?" And then make a list of all the things that excite u, and use those things as rewards. Do all the things ur supposed to do then reward yourself. That should help u stay consistent.
Best way for me is to have all my own stuff. I pay for everything i need, i have my own car and I'm makin good money. I also go to the gym and workout every day, and eventually I'll have my own place one day. I feel motivated by waking up early, making my own breakfast, lunch and dinner by myself and becoming the best version of myself.
I guess we do sometimes forget about the little things in life and add it to thank God I try to drink water in the morning as the first thing. I just wanted to keep up with my work out but it has not been easy. I think I get so wrapped up in the things that I’m already doing
Sometimes the best way to refocus is to go outside when the weather is decent, just sit down, put the phone on silent, and just sit there for about 10 minutes. Feel the breeze. Gaze at the sky. Soak up the sunshine. Watch the birds. And then go over in your head everything you have done and everything you haven't done. Sometimes if we dont get a calm, peaceful break, we forget a lot and lose track of things
