Help how can I cure itchy sore throat & cough?

Since last night im
sick, had fever , now I have no fever but itchy throat and cough. I have little pain if I eat solid food but it’s mostly really itchy throat. I took cough medicine but sorta helping little bit. I drink hot tea and it helps stop it only for a short time.

First you gotta make sure it’s not Covid. Usually when I get a sore throat I like to drink warm water or tea. You can also get some of those sore throat “candies” like Strepsils, seems to help a lot. Make sure to stay hydrated!

Jello mix and honey make the jello like tea and add a teaspoon of honey

first , i am not American , i am from south east asia , i can recommend u some medicine but i am not sure if it sold there lol
just drink a lot water , i believe it will reduce the itch
