When we look at all these influencers on social media, do you find that the entry level to be considered a fitness model for women is much lower than it is for men?
I agree! But I have a theory that it is because it is guys watching other guys for motivation but not really girls following the male influensors unless they are super attractive or entertaining but girls follow other girls for motivation and then guys also follow the girls because they want to see them excersising in tight clothes. So girl fitness influencers probably just end up with more followers because they have guys and girls following them for different reasons and then guy fitness influencers are mostly just followed by other guys to get tips and motivation. Just a thought
Of course because biologically, it’s easier for men to gain muscle than it is for women. So a man would need more muscle than a woman to become a fitness model.
That makes a lot of sense.
