Freaking out! Tips?

I hate anything to do with germs but now I'm riding in a vehicle packed with people and luggage and I'm freaking out so does anyone have any tips on how to calm down?

There are two things that you can suck that will ease your pain... Dick and Peppermint. Breathing exercises might help too. Don't choke on the "peppermint while breathing"

Think of me being in a waiting room the other day and there was a room full of people and the Lord only knows if those people have any germs so consider things that way.
