Definitely not. Most bodybuilders die much sooner than they would if they just kept themselves healthy. Spending hours working out obsessing over myself is not worth it.
I wouldn't but i respect people's passions for things. Sports players sacrifice a lot too. I mean if they have a passion for it and can make a career out of it with good money then it would make sense. Otherwise its a no from me.
You don't really need to sacrifice anything. With steroids, you'll surpass your goals in no time if you train hard enough. Without steroids, dedication and diet matter. An hour a day, 4 days a week depending on your workout plan.
I believe achieving healthy fitness is a worthy goal, but it's all about the journey, not the destination.

I dont think working out means necessarily sacrifice. It is jus a way of taking care of yourself, have goals and accomplish them. Loving yourself doesn't have to mean a sacrifice. Eating healthily is also loving your body, not sacrificing it.
The lady in the image is just an example it is not the lady I know, but the lady I know wants to start competing in body building competitons and before her first competition she already had a knock out body, cause she always had beeb into exercising, before she still have ripped abs and nice physique, so I dont know why she wans know to go further when she was already Ok before with a nice physique chissled abs and all she had before.
