Anything broken, worn out, and anything needing attention, or a replacement part? What would you replace?

nope, I received my new knee about 5 years ago (football injury), and my new reverse shoulder 7 weeks ago (fire department injury).
The doc sewed my toe back when I was a kid, I had an argument with a John Deere, my broken leg I had last year healed up just fine, (fire dept injury), and where the doc cut me open to suck about 2 liters of fluid out of my left lung many years ago has healed up so you can barely see it, (yet another fire dept issue).
So, because I'm a good healer and they keep making spare parts I'm good to go, once I am done with PT on my shoulder.
Legs
I broke my ankle 22 years ago and it was a pretty nasty break and the screws put in are still there BUT it didn't heal back to previous and as a result my right foot is not aligned the same as my left. There is also discomfort when exercising and my big toe presses against footwear too much.
That being said, Longer legs would be nice to have. Or Better eyesight and more pronounced eyes (small is why eyesight isn't top notch)
Were you in a car accident?
NO it was a football (soccer) match between my workplace and another one (school teachers) but I did drive home and to a party that night with a smashed up ankle only to realise next day that it looked like the football we were kicking. Had to be taken to hospital by my father as I couldn't put any weight on it at all.
I was going to say my legs. Then I thought better. My heart is not the best so that's where I m going.
You mean it was broken or the other thing about hearts?
And you are only 47? Does this run in your family?
My hair… 😭 I’ll take straight hair any day…
You know people pay good money to curl their hair. 😯 You got yours for free. 😊

Just remove some of the skin on my eyelids and I'll be good to go.
Having problems rolling up the shades?
The drapes are starting to cover the windows.
😯😯😯😯😅
My entire gastrointestinal system
my knees...
I would want them to be one inch shorter... but still as functional as they are
One inch shorter? Wouldn't that make you 1 inch shorter too then?
yeah... it's annoying for me to be 6'1" and type it like that every single time
I would very much rather to be just 6ft...
Six foot, Five /Twelve, six of one, half dozen of the other.
186 centimeters...
Give the various injuries that I’ve picked up over my working life and my age. I could do with total body transplant from the neck down if it ever became practical.
But then you would just be a cyborg. 🤔
My tailbone, I'd like if it were replaced with a prehensile fluffy tail.
When a branch of monkeys evolved into apes, which then eventually had a branch of apes evolving into humans, I personally see the tail degeneration along the way as a net loss.
Why lose a fully functioning limb? Monkeys can sit down just fine and have better mobility, so the loss of the tail can't be argued for in my opinion.
I saw a picture of a boy that was born with a tail. It looked a bit weird. 🐵🙈
Yeah I don't want the weird pig type tail he had, more like a sayian tail I guess, but a bit longer.
I'm good I've been working out with a personal trainer for two years and I am happy with the results. If anything my tit's could be firmer everything else is tight for this 53yr old. Thanks to my trainer she is a beast and kicks my ass
Started out with four then four more appeared then another appeared before giving it a name one looks up 🤫try not say number or count let's do alphabet backwards they gave me couple math problems more appeared they giggled then *********************many more buzzing ones appeared they were taken most of them I just makes new ones or be replaced
What thread are you answering on? 🤔
To be honest with you, I'm sure a lot of people could pick something out for me. But to be honest with you, I'm good. I like myself just the way I am
Maybe my knees, they got torn up pretty bad playing football.
You are only 29, how can you have bad knees already, even from football?
Can't they just replace your knees? My girlfriend needs new ones. They wiggle from side to side. I don't think they are supposed to do that.
I have already had a hip replacement. Soon I imagine I will be getting one of my shoulders replaced.
At 53? What were you, a stunt man?
Besides the obvious answer for a man penis lol I’d probably go with shoulder/ bicep. Have torn them a couple times and they just don’t feel how they use to.
Yes, I am surprised at that too. 😅
My teeth for new ones. Unfortunately bad teeth run in my family and now it’s my turn. My dad took great care of his teeth but according to my mother he lost them in his 30’s. I’m 46 and I’m about 3/4 gone 💔😢😢😢
Yes, some things like bad teeth DO run in families. Some of my relatives had complete sets of dentures. 😬
I want both knees replaced. Athletics, and arthritis are kicking in. Made skiing more painful this year.
You aren't doing too bad if you can do those things at 71. 👍🏼
Maybe my left hand , the bone is cracked of left wrist
Well that can still be fixed, right?
So does wkhan stand for weak hand?
Whatever is causing the stamina issues nobody can explain.
No one? What stamina issues?
After a burnout I wrecked my body to the point it no longer responds like any proffesional expects. Been trying to fix it but since it has no stamina left due to working to hard its extremely hard to build that back up. You can't go to an expert for advice because my body is alien to them.
Then you need a Vulcan doctor to look at you. So how did you wreck your body? Worked too hard?
The body only repairs itself and restores stamina while asleep, and sleep repair only works if eating sufficient nutrients when awake, and not getting dehydrated when asleep.
Eat well, get a humidifier, sleep 12 hours a day until you wake up refreshed, then reduce it to 10 hours a day and keep it there.
@TheSpaceGnome If only it was that simple but the problem is that was my previous remedy as I was forced to do that for a long time to fix the original issue. Side effect is that you loose stamina from resting / recovering to long. So me just resting up makes me feel great again but capable of nothing. Training my body throws it into a fit. Its a very tight margin.
If you are losing stamina from resting instead of gaining it then you either have a poor environment while resting, a poor diet while awake, or you aren't hydrating enough. Proper rest restores all stamina and heals damage over time.
However, you mentioned it makes you feel great but then training makes you feel worse again.
So the actual problem is your method of training is unsafe and you should accept your physical limitations. You would need to "feel great and do nothing" for a while before you can move on to improving any. Because it means that when you feel great but fragile, you either still aren't done healing yet, or your goal post for stamina is unreasonable/superhuman/dangerous.
@TheSpaceGnome No there is a third option your not considering. The damage makes simply sitting in a chair a full workload for my body. Anything above sitting in a chair is to much, resting alone does not rehabilitate that since my body has to be trained to endure physical activity. That does mean literally anything I could possibly do is already a bit in the to much camp. But i've been seeing professionals who gave me a specific safe margin to work with. When I train it drains me but I gain more than I loose when resting again. Its a long tedious process but right now it does not seem like it can be sped up at least not in the current circumstances. Every week I barely break even energy wise, but at least most weeks I can gain more than I loose. I hope that eventually my body will tolerate light exercising properly so I can build up like normal people can and do it much more effectively.
@NoDecision worked to hard yes, got an extremely heavy burnout and bad initial care since the healthcare system did not recognize it correctly and I also had to fight a corrupt doctor for 2 years. So those 2 years I was bedridden. Being bedridden that long has collateral damage thats hard to deal with.
I'd like a little more hips or booty
I think you look fine as you are.
Thank you and I'm very happy with how I look
I would replace my vestigial tailbone with a real tail like a snow leopards. They’re so fluffy and elegant looking, easily the most beautiful cat tail.
I'd just remove and stop all body hair growing.
Just grab a 440 volt line. Your hair will burn off in a flash.
Wow great
I'm 4ft6 so longer kegs, bigger boobs, bigger torso
You want it all!
I'm very happy with my butt.
Id want a prettier face.. everything else runs good lol
I could use two bigger front fender
Fenders or headlights?
Tell that to a Bug Eye Sprite.
I would love to have better cheekbones. For sure. I'm so conscious about them, and they really hurt one's aesthetic.
So you want to look like Cher - well maybe the younger Cher?
lol Nah. Why Cher? Not that kind of cheek bones perhaps. Guys have cheekbones too you know. And if they are not well developed you won't look as good. And you can just watch hot girls pass by. ok.
Attractive people always have well developed cheek bones. Always! Weather they are male or female.
If it could be grown using my own stem cells a replacement leg and kidneys would be good
Can I just replace my whole body but keep my face. My body is loaded with arthritis
A cybernetic hand with a built in vibrator works 😂
Umm, I can't choose whole body? Ok, I guess then my right shoulder!
I would pick new feet.
What is wrong with the paws you've got?
My back.
Back or backside?
Back
What did you do to it? You are too young for rheumatism.
I have been significantly overweight since I was in my early twenties and began having children. I'm on a 4-ft frame. So unfortunately I have worn my back out and I deal with sciatica going down my right leg daily. It's a mess. But it's definitely my fault for not getting myself together and getting this weight off. I also had to get both of my knees replaced in my early thirties. This along with other things has caused me to become disabled. I absolutely hate it that I am disabled at this young age. I would go back to work any day if I could. But these are the consequences of the decisions that I chose.
Carrying children around can be taxing on your back, especially when they get older. At 4 ft + they were probably almost as tall as you.
Yes.. yes.. Car seats w my purse and diaper bags. I don't miss the actual physical labor of having children. But, I would never give that experience up. Plus I played 6 years of softball during middle and high school. Had to quit because I developed shin splints and my coach wouldn't let me heal.
Happy with all my parts. I train them all
What do you give them as a reward when they obey you?
My cardiovascular system.
So the old pipes need a good cleaning?
Hair…. It is getting a little thin….
my brain or curved spine
Crap has spread to too many places now.
So no go, huh? But look how much the Kardashians have exchanged. 😝
Don't even get me started lol Give them enough time and they won't even recognize each other.
True. As it is some of these wannabes look more like them than they do now. 😂
Too funny 🍑
What kind of crap?
I'm holistically treating cancer.
My left knee and my lungs
My entire musculature system
That would be impossible.
I'm so ruined they wrote me off like rotten car
So you got totaled? 🚗
Yeah, I can't even be an organ donor they're that bad
Now THAT is bad. 😯
