Girls, If you are on or have had the arm implant Nexplanon what are your experiences with it?

I have been on Nexplanon since Jan 2019. First 6-12 months were a bit rough with bleeding between periods and for a long period of time. But after that my periods were regulated, I don't have a lot of cramping, or long periods (usually last 3-5 days). Just got my period last night and am cramping really bad and having more bleeding than usual. Just wondering others' experience with Nexplanon

Three out of three people I know who have it have had bad experiences, two of them terrible. All of them were constantly bleeding, and the two had their implant break in them and had to have surgery done to remove the pieces. Needless to say I will never be getting one.
