How to kick depression without drugs?

I’m afraid of drugs I’m scared it will negatively impact my creativity and intellect. The only thing keeping my job is spurts of extreme creativity and ingenuity. The other times I literally don’t get off the couch. Miss all my meetings. I work remote.

What works for you? I’m young yet and therapy isn’t helping as I hoped. They want me on drugs.
I need something more permanent, I’m tired of going back and forth. Working hard to fix something to have all the effort be meaningless once my brain normalizes it.
