I don't have money for therapy, how can I get rid of depression and anxiety?
Depending on where you live there are almost certainly organisations, groups and even professionals you can turn to for free. Money, as always, is a limitation but by no means the be-all to getting help. So look into free options if you need support! Don't shy away from asking people working with it, for pay, where they'd recommend you turn if you can't pay for the service. They will very likely guide you. People are often kinder than we give them credit for.
As for what you can do?
My go-to suggestion is always exercise. Especially for prolonged depression.
Tackling your mind ghosts is all well and good but it takes energy. Energy is something manu depressed peopoe do not have much of. Its like the old saying how health is the crown worn by the healthy that is only seen by the sick, except its the energy it takes to get out of bed. To clean. To get out. To do things. Energy is important.
How do we get more energy?
We exercise. Even a daily walk will eventually do wonders. Yes, you have to make yourself take that walk. Or jog. Or whatever it ends up as. But that is where I would start.
