I don't know, I have it too. I think try talking about your traumas as many times as you can until you can finally let them go is the only way to get past it. I don't go to counselling but I take antidepressants and I do write journals whenever I feel like dying or I am super depressed about something. Then every few days I will go back and re read them and cry my eyes out until one day I read it and I don't feel anything for it anymore.
Come up with a realistic vision of the future, with goals and such, and get working on that. Encourage yourself, give yourself a kick up the arse if you need it, but STOP ruminating on past crap. live the present, get busy, when you feel like you are going to think about them just think about something else.

You gotta work through it and there's gotta be a form of allowing and letting things be. Emotions are always there for a reason. Don't fear them.
Prayer always helps me with my depression, I literally pray it away, it's why I rarely struggle with depression, also watch positive things for a while and it might put you in a better mood
I am not prone to depression and I can’t tell but I hope, you’ll recover. Wish you the best of luck.
You can’t. It’s there forever. Just learn to live with it.
