Different things work for different people. Antidepressants work for some people while others benefit from therapy. Also, exercising is another because itās a natural way of releasing endorphins. You just have to see what works for you. How do I know this? I was diagnosed with MDD in 2020. Antidepressants and counseling helped for a while. Then, I started feeling better naturally because I working out regularly.

Work out the sources of your sadness and depressive states and see about changing them to reduce the negatives.
Medicine may help, therapy may help, but for me, it's you that matters most in curing your depressionOne day at a time. There is no quick fix. But it starts with positive thoughts.
Easy. Just accept that its stupid and it doesn't exist. You make that up.
