The last time I weighed myself I was 90 lbs so I lost weight as beggining of year I was 95lbs. I want reach 100 lbs but it’s impossible even tho I eat my 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. I have chicken legs and chicken arms since I was a child and fat only goes to my belly. I feel unhappy as at work or when I go out all women are thick and it makes me look stupid like The most skinniest women ugly. I do get stress daily & not happy in life at age 24. I was 100 lbs at age 16 cuz I had no worries and went on vacation with my dad ate a lot of food. I don’t eat dinner at night only a meal supplement shake or 2 so 700 calories total. I don’t eat at night due to choking issues from anxiety. But I eat pasta often, and don’t get thick. Men only stare at thick women and men think I’m ugly. Why my belly is so fat? I do sit for work 5 hours and lay in bed all day. Or at second job I stand pack orders but don’t move much. Or im sitting in my car often. Have beer belly. Why food doesn’t want go to my body?

As for your question I think I do have, well most of the answers😉
Now read carefully while I tell you two things:
One, you said it yourself, which I kinda find it funny😅... you're either sitting or laying around 90% of the time... basically your body goes through verrry minimal movements love
Hitting the gym can fix that... or Home exercises (I can help you with that) cuz when all your body muscles start working, 1st thing, blood starts rushing to all those muscles and 2nd, the muscles experience tears due to its working and the blood rush aids it by providing nutrients (proteins, carbs, etc.) that it carries and here's the catch you are lookin for, that is, when the muscles get torn, and then heal they accumulate more mass than before depending on the nutrients n amount of blood it received... like how bodybuilding works... and as a result, yup you guessed it... Thicker muscle structure, Thicker body🥵😂
Now the Second one, don't eat too much... doesn't make sense does it😅... more food should result in more body mass and size huh? But nop... the extra food you put in just gets digested n passed out as waste... Look at it like this, if you are building something and you need a fixed quantity of certain materials... so if you were given more materials than required, you wouldn't need that would you? Well same goes here... Your body doesn't need all the extra food you put in and hence discard most of it or store them as fat in places, which is not what we want is it? We are looking for a thick n healthy body right? Though it will once you start working out as they get used up to repair wear and tear... I can help you with food too if you want😉

You have to exercise to be thick! Thick isn't just fat. That's why we call it something different, Jesus. Sure some thick chicks are a little chubby but their legs aren't pure fat, they've got a lot of muscle in their legs and ass.
Ypu can't just stuff your face into having a nice thick body, you have to exercise, lots of leg days, probably work them abs and core too.
I was just like you before I started to work out. You need to make sure you are taking the right amount of protein every day. Say goodbye to sugar, alcohol and all sorts of processed foods. At least have them only once a week. Eat clean and lift weights three to four times a week. you'll see the results
You have to too extra fat on your stomach if you have some workout it will goes with in few weeks

you are eating too many carbs. Do some weight training and eat a more balanced diet, The exercise will help ypopu appetite and the high protein diet will help you build muscle. Its a win win.
You need to probably increase your calorie intake. Also work out in a way that develops muscles in the areas you want. Your body will funnel energy and nutrition to where it is needed most. If it's not needed, it will settle in your belly or thighs.
You're eating fatty foods, rather than heavy carbs and belly is the main place for fat.
You maybe need to diversify your diet?
