Why I don’t gain weight and only get fat belly help?

😞 I’ve been skinny whole life due to my dads genetics. My step sisters are all skinny like me with stick legs stick arms. I eat any fatty food I want & never can get thick or hot gym body thick with muscle. I eat chicken & eggs & rice & protein shakes & I stay fucking skinny like a giraffe or tree branch. 😓😓😓😓 I jsut get fat on stomach and have belly pooch whole life and chciken legs chicken arms!!! 😞😞😞😞 at job all women are fat! Thick! I feel I’m only one fucking skinny with ugly body. I dream for fat arms thick legs!!! 😞😞 can’t afford surgery $10k for thick body. I hate my body!!! Y I can’t fucking gain weight!!!

It sounds like you're doing the right things to gain a little weight, but don't be wanting to get big thighs and big butt because it's what you see on tv. Most guys don't like that anyway. Just look fit. Protein and no junk food. Eat healthy and exercise to keep good muscle tone.

Have you tried lifting small weights to gain a little arm muscle tone? Walking will be good for your legs along with biking and will keep the belly fat off and increase thigh muscles.

Usually belly fat is from too much weight gain too quickly. I would try to talk to a nutritionist who can help you gain in certain areas. They can tell you what kinds of foods to eat and what to avoid. A lot like you said is also genetic, some people have fat genes and get fat from eating anything, you're the opposite.
