Why do white people age so fast?

Out of all the races, even if they stay healthy, white people seem to age exponentially compared to other races. I don't know if it has to do with the lack of melanin and less protection from the sun? Smoking, drinking, and drugs will definitely cause rapid aging for anyone. I’ve actually got a fear of being in a relationship with a white person because they will look twice my age after 10 years. Of course white people are extremely gorgeous when they are young. But once they hit 30+ it goes downhill very fast.

It varies from individual to individual. But on average, with large numbers of people, certain races do age more slowly, and it is partly related to melanin. Or at least that's how I understand it.

UV rays damage the skin and melanin protects us from UV.

As I understand it (I might be wrong), it's also related to how thick the skin is. Some people literally have thicker skin that others. Thicker layers of skin also help protect the skin from aging. As I understand it, thicker skin is not BECAUSE of melanin, but many races that have more melanin also have thicker skin.

Melanin also gives color to hair. I don't know if race affects greying hair or not. Eyesight, loss of memory, loss of muscle mass, loss of bone density, etc are all related to aging. I don't know if there are any differences between races.

This is on average and it varies a lot. I'm white with northern European ancestry, but I age very slowly. When I was in my 50s, people told me I looked like late 20s or early 30s. My whole family is like that.

I smoke and drink and my black homies that are going bald and having heart problems probably wouldn't agree with you. I'm 40 and outside of getting grey hair, I'd probably steal your chick. I'm just saying. I think the big difference is if you lift weights or live a weak lifestyle. So culture wise who is more likely to sit in a room doing nothing physical until they start to wither away... not so much a racial thing and more like a life choice thing.

There is a genetic potential element, but it's not so drastic as to be able to clearly define it by race 9 times out of 10. Most white dudes are just shrimps or hog beasts walking compared to me and I'm white, but if you go into it with them they have those relaxed lifestyle choices. Most of them don't even have a weight cage in their room to put it bluntly.

That's all I'm really trying to say. It's not really racial... but there are some day to day activities that tend to be different that tend to be along racial lines. Cultural differences maybe at most. If you or I live and do the same shit, we come out of it the same way.

Here is my lived experience on the subject. I have my own kids and babysit a bunch of kids. Categorically they're all pretty much the same, but then I got put in charge of 2 black kids and there was a stark difference. The girl was just picked on and I could tell the Mom just let that boy do whatever he wants. I asked him what he wants to be when he grew up... Sheriff, firefighter... oh hell no, that little fucker told me he's going to work out, get buff, and get a girlfriend. We're talking before school age here... for me, I simply don't understand how a kid already has that shit in his head. That's like the type of shit I expect to hear from some 30 year old (not a 4 year old) that just got cheated on to say. That's a cultural difference on a very based level.

I agree... but you damn well know that kid is going to be doing nothing but focus on getting buff and getting this mythical girlfriend that pays the bills. I've never seen that from any white or Asian kid I've had to take care of. I was kinda shocked at just how much the girl was treated differently. She seemed intelligent, and I felt bad for her. It's like the Mom just seen males as some form of Gods. Imagine getting that sort of special treatment and having the values of just getting buff and getting a girlfriend instilled into you at that young of an age. Questions run through my head... like, how often does this happen? How, just how did that woman have a man complex where they're gods... My mom was like a non-stop beatbox of how stupid and pathetic men are. For the same crimes I always got punished more. That family dynamics was different, and that's not a joke. It's taken 40+ years of life for my brain to even put together the idea of simplifying life to just getting buff and getting a girlfriend. Imagine growing up and that's what you were taught from the beginning... Probably doing pushups for no reason while the other kids just play video games.

They don't age fast. The people who age fast are the ones who go to tanning salons or don't use sun block. UV rays are terrible for our skin without protection.
