Can you see the colour and the areas that look like veins?

You know how newborn skins look like, like in this photo. Sometimes my skin looks like this. And sometimes my skin hurts so much even though nothing happens. There is no red points no scar etc., but it hurts so bad and I can’t even touch. What can I do? What doctor should I see?

I mean that does sound concerning at the very least so I'd take a visit to your doctor just to see what he says about it. Never hurts to do that
