Not right when I wake up no. My stomach itself sometimes doesn't feel good or ready for food until 9:30-10 PM usually. Then I have my appetite saying "OK, food time! Your stomach is now ready!"

No I don't. I used to. I intermittent fast every day. I try to eat between 12-8 and have cut down on carbs heavily but not technically following keto. I will have a cup of black coffee in the morning after a few hours of being up.
