typically I either ride my bicycle, walk or jog to and from work daily round trip is roughly 5 miles or so. plus I'm on my feet a lot at work so think I generally get about 12k+ steps in daily.
I mostly workout in the morning. I’ve tried evening workouts but I get so tired right after that my whole evening gets wasted on resting and doing nothing. Morning workout gives me that extra bit of energy to go about the day.

I always do mine during the evening or nighttime. As it serves as nice de-stressor from the day.
I like both.
A nice walk in the morning to wake up, and in the afternoon after work something harder to help work out stress.

Usually try for the morning. Get me protein/coffee then get my body revvin' for some workout time
Mornings usually. If I don’t set aside the time to do it before I start work things often get too busy and I can’t get to it.

Mornings work best. I feel like I have energy for the rest of the day. I usually go to the gym before work.
Afternoon if it’s in a fitness facility, morning if I have time to outside😁. Don’t like the afternoon heat!

I workout at 5AM just when the gym opens. Nice and quiet, watch the sun come up.
See, I aim to do it later in the afternoon, but I always end up doing it in the morning and I hate doing that
