I could never work out before working. I would smell bad, be sweaty, and be too exhausted to actually work. Not to mention, I am not a homosexual, so I don't use gym showers (ever). I go to the gym at 9 or 9:30 after finishing work. I've honestly started getting into yoga and I actually kinda like it! (Again, no homo!) It's easy and makes me feel more flexible and strong.

I get paid to workout, I get a half hour each morning to work out on the clock. we have our own faclilities with equipment and showers. My uniform is cleaned by a service so I just workout, shower and dress at work in the morning. I bicycle on the weekends with a buddy and do a lot of gardening as well.
I prefer before, because I'm usually too gassed after work to go. But it's a challenge because rn I'm heavy into rock climbing and no gyms are open at 6am for that.
Night. Our taekwondo adult classes are last unless the mixed weekends.. those are so much tougher to stretch for in the am.

I prefer to do it on my days off, especially for riding a bike. I can lift weights on a work day, but I usually don't get up early enough to have time before work, so that would only happen after work if I still have energy left. Next year I am thinking of bringing a set of dumbbells to work and using them a few days per week during my lunch breaks.
I too prefer to train before breakfast. Nice distance and average speeds by the way.
I like to workout before work. If I wait until after I would not have the energy to have correct form when working out.
Typically either bike or walk to and from work daily which amounts to roughly 5 miles or so.
