I enjoy it, but I've taken steps to make it as efficient as possible. For example, I use the T2 isotrainer. All straps are already connected, you do not need to swap anything to increase resistance, you just slow down. You speed up to reduce resistance and adjust the length of the strap for different exercises. This simple form of workout makes it easy to do and you build strength and muscle quickly due to the constant tension and full range of motion.

I don’t love it or hate it. It’s a ‘necessary evil’ for the most part LOL.
I’m usually neutral about it? I dislike exercising, but I like the outcome. I hate being sweaty and sore, but I love noticing weight loss or increased stamina.
The thing about working out, is that it’s good for your mental health because studies show that it relieves stress, improves memory, eases anxiety and depression, and helps ADHD. It usually should improve moods, but it also is very dependent on your mindset.
Listening to music can improve your mood and make things more enjoyable when exercising, more upbeat songs work best.
Most of the time, I do enjoy it. Some days I have to force myself into it but still hate it.
Okay, I never honestly like it until I start. I always dread it until about 5-10 minutes in. Then it starts becoming enjoyable. I get moving and get a burst of energy.
I enjoy it if I am not being forced into it. I would enjoy it even more if I had a girlfriend who is into fitness and would workout with me. I worked out with both of my exes and not only were the workouts more fun but they were equal to or even better than me so I learned a lot from them.

I don't love it and I don't always look forward to it. Sometimes I skip a couple weeks and maybe even a few months. Sometimes I really want to get into it and do it as much as possible. I know it's good for you and I want to try to at least work out occasionally (like a few times a month) because I don't want to lose energy as I get older. Sometimes I'm not in the mood for it or I don't feel like doing it, especially when I have something on my mind that's really bothering me.
I enjoy working out, and when i haven't had good workout in long time i feel shit and depressed.
