Sorry for the mildly gross post!!
Have to fly somewhere tomorrow, finishing work late tonight and don’t really have time to go to the doctor unless it’s ABSOLUTELY necessary and my finger is infected.

Seems to me that it's healing. You should not wet open wounds. Clean around the wound but don't apply anything directly on the open wound and let it dry.

A little bit, but you should clean it, put some healing cream on it and bandage it up before it potentially gets worse

Is it oozing pus? Seems fine to me tbh but a little polysporin could put your mind at ease

It’s not oozing but when I bend my finger I can see there is slight wetness inside it.

Almost but not red or pushy enough yet. Ooze more then you will be infected.
