As for me with all honesty I feel like I’m one with the world. Earlier today I was one with the waves & one with the sand & a beautiful beach day it was & a beautiful beach day was needed. As for me I was chillaxing today so do I feel like myself? A little however if I really want to feel like myself I need some spontaneous adventures & maybe a road trip or three. As for me I would ask if you feel like yourself however you did answer above & you answered I don’t currently. What’s on your mind?

I’ve been feeling off for a few weeks, being told that the only way my mental health will get better is by taking medication while also finding out I might have ADHD which I have to bring up to my doctor, trying to get this new job, me and my boyfriend have been arguing (it’s getting better) with our last argument really hurting me so I kinda feel empty but not entirely, I’m stuck in my house. I’m constantly bored and sitting here thinking is doing nothing but making me feel like crap, I just keep spacing out and crying or wishing I was dead subconsciously.

Oh and my family isn’t helpful, grandma is mean and my mom is stressed out. I think about wanting to go to college but then I can’t make up my mind since I both want to go but also want to move out and live on my own like in an apartment.

In life some people have a lot on their plate & some people have a buffet. Some people are missing their arms & some people are missing their legs. Some people can’t see & some people can’t hear. Some people have CRS (Can’t Remember Shit) & some people ADHD. As for you my friend you are not alone in this world & I want you to know better days will come. As for me there was a time where I was lost in the world. I didn’t know where I was going or how I was going to get there & as time went by I slowly figured it out & so will you. In life I always say you should never give up, you should never give in & most of all you should keep moving forward no matter what & I want you to remember that.

It saddens me to hear you were crying & it saddens me to hear you were spacing out. It saddens me to hear that you were arguing with your boyfriend & it saddens me to hear that you are stuck in the house & bored as well. As for you my friend as I said better days will come so turn your frown upside down & start changing your future for the better. If you are bored in the house get out of the house. If you are bored in the house do something instead of nothing. Start working out & work your stress off or work around the house. Do a little gardening or a little yard work or something like that. Talk to your boyfriend, talk to a neighbor, talk to a friend & let the people around in & let them try to help you.

The one thing about the future is that it isn’t written yet & as for you I think you can write so many wonderful things if you want. As for college there are so many wonderful colleges out there & as for you if you want to go to college you have to figure out what you want to do for starters. What do you like to do, what is your passion & if you did go to college what field would you like to study.

As for your grandma she is still your grandma & I want you to remember that & treasure her no matter what. My grandparents are no longer with us but in my heart & in my memories they will always be with me. As for your mom being stressed out all moms are stressed out & like you she has a lot on her plate as well.

I don't even know how I feel at the moment.😅 This month has been pretty rough. I lost my cousin to cancer a couple of weeks ago, but there is also some other stuff going on. I'm a bit of a mess ngl.

Not really. My life isn't exactly where I'd want it to be (nor is my mental health tbh). My body isn't "me" exactly either like some sort of dissociation between how I look like and how I should.
