Persistent pain under my ribs and also in the middle?

Hurts since April. First the pain shows up to the uppper back on the right side. Then the pain travels all around in the middle &under my ribs. Been to the doctor and he diagnosed me with scoliosis. Barely notable. I always sit straight and I keep my posture. If I am trying to sleep on my back I experience terrible back and front pain. Been analyzing some medical raports and I noticed that RBC and erytrocites are abnormal. Rbc are 50 and the normal value should be 10. Could this be something related to my pain? Kidney? Stone? I will go to the doctor next week but I am so worried

Sounds like what my brother went through and he had Leukemia. However, with that said I do have a bit of experience in the medical field (I'm no professional) and I know it could be so many different things. It could be a spinal block (build up of fluids), it could even be something like a build up of folic acid causing gas bubbles. Gas bubbles can get so extreme that it feels like a literal heart attack.

For pain that is moving that sounds like it might be an embolus. If it was localized under your ribs and slightly towards the middle, and felt like lactic acid buildup after a workout I'd bet it's pneumonia. They need an x-ray to diagnose that though. All things considered though, an embolus will be a big problem, while most other things won't be that big of a deal. For pneumonia just consume fluids and measure your success with fluid intake and antibiotics with a spirometer.

Are you sure that it is the RBC count that is 50? It is hard discussing lab results with someone without actually seeing them.

You should make a MRI with contrast agent, just to be sure it's not pancreas or liver cancer

Been doing physical therapy 4 months now. It's helping my spine but I deal with this excruciating pain almost daily
