HELP I HAVE STRESS & can't BREATHE SHORT BREATHE CAN ANYONE HELP?

It’s 2am I couldn’t breathe due to thinking & stress. Please can anyone talk to me to distract myself. I felt my breathe stop & had rub alcohol on my neck & smell it to breathe again.

If you can't get a hold of yourself, you need to do some meditation, slap yourself in the face hard, etc. Go see a psychologist or go to the emergency room and get some anti anxiety meds if you can't get a hold of yourself.

That ain't stress that's anxiety go see a psychiatrist or take some marijuana and smoke it either way if you don't do something about it it can get worse and lead to something else

The doctors can’t do anything for anxiety or stress. They would leave me in waiting room 8 hours and only see the sick people first and leave me last. The doctors have done this many times as they have in the system anxiety on my documents.
