How to reduce bad breath?

I brush my teeth every day and yet i have bad breath. It really shatters my confidence

1. Brush your teeth in the morning. Morning breath can be awful!
2. Brush your teeth at night before bed. This will help get rid of the food debris and smells from the day.
3. Use mouthwash after brushing your teeth. Literally takes just 30 seconds to swish it around, then spit it out and you're good!
4. Watch what you eat. Some foods and drinks can cause some funky breath. Some that come to mind - garlic and certain alcohols.
5. Utilize gum and mints. If you've eaten something that may cause funk breath, pop a mint or chew a piece of gum.
6. Keep up on your dental check ups. Visit your dentist for routine cleanings and basic check ups. Things like cavities, gum issues, abscesses, etc. can contribute to bad breath. When your dentist does a cleaning, they get WAY deeper than you can at home because they use special tools.

Mouthwash? Especially after eating.

Oh and by the way, it depends what you eat too, indeed. For example, eating an apple, doesn't contribute for bad breath. But eating a doner, my God...

Mouthwash actually isn’t always a good choice for fresh breath cuz mouthwash with alcohol in it actually dries out your mouth

You have got idea cuz you got many reply. I just want to tell you one thing that stop eating sugar made food. Sugar makes bacteria which smell so awfull and if you drink tea and coffee then then drink water after drinking brevrages. Although sugar is bad for body also

Brush twice daily. Floss daily. Clean tongue twice daily. Drink a lot of water.

If still exist, your mouth might be getting dry easily. I have this problem too.

There might be other reasons. I don't know. I'm afraid to kiss my girlfriend sometimes.

Tall to your dentist, you may have tonsil stones. Those smell horrible.
