Without knowing the source you won't know what to address. For example, a person could floss, brush their teeth, use mouth wash and even have a professional cleaning. But if the source of the bad breath is tonsil stones then none of that would make a difference...

Carry a toothpaste , just use a small quantity of it occasionally

Make sure you're drinking enough water. Brush, floss, and use a tongue scraper. Mouth wash... and see a dentist/doctor to rule out anything else that could be causing it.

Brush your teeth in between meals and use mouthwash. Carry a breath spray on your purse and keep yourself hydrated drink lots of water throughout the day.
