I don't smoke weed or cigarettes anymore, simply a hyde. I brush my teeth, scrape my TOUNGE, use oral probiotics, and digestive pills, trying to make sure I have regular movements. However my breath never feels fresh and always hot most times it'll smell like poop, or sometimes fruity (which can be pleasant) I don't have regular bowel movements and I feel that it comes from the back of my throat and stomach. How do I fix this it plagues me daily and makes me not want to talk to people or be around them!

You could have tonsil stones and your mouth is probably overrun with more bad bacteria than good. You need to address the bowel movements because that's how we detox. But to address the breath issues read up on tonsil stones and check with a mirror to see if you have any. If you do, you can use a plastic curved syringe with warm water to gently flush the area out. When people have tonsil stones there is nothing that smells worse and people will act in the way you described (flinch).
Most toothpastes are absolutely useless. The best toothpaste to use is ozonated olive oil, after brushing oil pull with the same solution for 20 minutes and then spit into the bin (not sink). Another good toothpaste is Livonex Dental gel.
Buy a WaterPik and 3% Food Grade Hydrogen peroxide. Put 1/2 to 1 cap full of the 3% hydrogen peroxide into the compartment and fill with warm / hot water. Run on low to medium at first until you get used to it. Flush in between teeth, around the mouth and below the gum line. If your not sure how to use it watch a Youtube video.
I wake up with breath that is so fresh I have to consciously remember to brush so I know what I'm talking about. Also there is a way to check your breath to reveal how it smells to others. Open your mouth stick your tongue out then move your mouth / tongue up and down while breathing in. You should feel a slight warmth as the air is pushed from your mouth and throat towards your nose.
Something else you can do is to use subliminals to instruct your subconscious mind to pay more attention to your dental health, to heal your teeth, regenerate your gums, reduce plaque and have fresher breath. You will need to listen for at least 21 days for long enough for the new 'program' to stay in your subconscious.

Well if you don’t have regular BMs then you need to look into that. As for the halitosis, it could be a number of things. Make sure to floss for one. Food stuck between the teeth can cause bad odors. Make sure you don’t have any cavities cause that can definitely cause bad breath. Also make sure you drink a lot of water. Water will help w that. If your mouth is constantly dry it can produce a bad odor as well. You make end up w what is called tonsil stones. I believe it’s a build up of all the debris you ingest through the day that builds up in the tonsils, then it calcifies. It’s an off whitish clump, maybe like cottage cheese. If you feel like there’s something in your throat especially on the sides this may be the cause. Also make sure to use mouth wash. If that isn’t the cause you may have to get evaluated medically as it could be signs of other serious medical issues. Also fruity breath is associated w diabetes.

Stop obsessing about it, this is a mental problem.
The idea that some people have some sort of condition which causes 'bad breath' was a marketing scam invented to sell mouth wash, which is industrial floor cleaner by the way.

It's definitely real because people will tell me it stinks or flinch as soon as I open my mouth. I just want this problem to go away
