I found a weird hard pimple on my back close to the spine,
Is it just a pimple right?
It is a moveble.

Just a psychic hunch. My money is on it being a pilonidal (pie-low-NIE-dul) cyst. It is an abnormal pocket in the skin that usually contains hair and skin debris. Usually tight clothing and friction by clothing rubbing the area. They can be quite painful and they usually have to be lanced.

A pimple is not the only skin problem that can cause a bump.

Nobody, not even a doctor, could give you accurate diagnosis via the internet text message. It could be anything. So I would say the usual: "If it gets bigger, starts to hurt and doesn't disappeared in few days, consider going to see a doctor".
