It might be sunlight. Some people get pimples if they are exposed to sunlight. It could also be outside bacteria if you are around animals or live in an area with toxic smells like industrial fumes.
I think could be all type of stuff
Are you sweating in that area? I think that may be resulting in that as well
Nopee

Acne isn't caused by what you eat. It's caused by hormones.
you're still growing up... and your hormones are still adjusting, and this might keep happening to any level till you're 24 or so
@cassie88 is right: hormones. Also possibly but less likely, your pores there getting clogged; possibly clothes are activities.
Stress can cause break-outs, it could be hormonal changes too.
allergies or maybe your skin is getting dry in the winter.
It could be any number of things, but I wonder how much you sweat while you're sleeping, especially if you sleep on your back.
Get a new back scrub, change your sheets and blankets. Mot sure the reason, but it could just be from your diet. Maybe a body growth.
Dr. Pimple popper at your service. LOL
If you sweat a lot it can cause that.
bacteria built up in your back plus your testosterone levels could be higher then before
Could be stress, showering too late after working out, perhaps clean your sheets, lots of things
Had the same issue. Had to take roaccutance to fix it as no other treatments worked
Are you sweating a lot, that can cause them.
Just finishing your adolescence.
Maybe sweating
