What are these red bumps on my butt near my crease? I always get them on my butt and ONLY on my butt. It hurts so bad if I put pressure on it or anything. I don't know what it is and I hate it so much. It makes me feel so insecure. Someone please help me and tell me what it is.

Some people get pimples or acne on certain parts of their bodies. Sounds like that's what you're experiencing. Make an appointment with your doctor, they'll probably give you something to get rid of them, I'm not sure what you can do about it yourself considering this looks like it's hormonal.

I use to get huge bumps on my ass and hips and pubic area all the time. Seems to always happen right before my period so I thought it was hormonal. Then I read something about nightshades... potatoes and eggplant. I stopped eating so much potatoes and I haven't had one since.

Sounds like maybe a bacterial infection. You should bathe your body in antibacterial soap and go to the doctor.

Pimples can go away on their own, or you can get someone to "pop" it for you with their fingers to squeeze the pus out, which will accelerate the healing time and reduce the red spot faster. As far as preventing it, maintain a healthy diet, stay showered, or research a cream to put on it.

Cyst acne? Just leave it as it is. It will actually heal up in time. If you try to puncture it or squeeze it, it will leave a brown blemish mark.
