I'd say there are three options here: Either you have an allergic reaction of some sort. If your eyes and nose itch, that's probably the best bet.
It could be some kind of bugs although I don't know any that would cause a pattern like this. I really hope for sake that it's not the case tho because getting rid of bedbugs is a nightmare. Or it could be chicken pox. If you didn't have that sickness as a child you're probably not immune as vaccines against it only came out very recently. I'd really go see a doctor if I was you because while chicken pox doesn't really cause that much harm to children it can totally wreck adults (apparently you're under 18 so you probably won't suffer any long-term consequences).

Looks like an allergic reaction did you eat anything new? Also go to your doctor to get a test done maybe you have a new allergy that came up it's not hives or eczema that's for sure because i had and have both and ik how they look and feel worst feeling ever burning and itching to a point you cut yourself and when you put cream on and coconut oil you feel it sink in and just cry while laying in bed not wanting to ever move because it's all over your body then you feel disgusted with yourself and start to self hate and refuse to go out in public because it looks nasty asf and it just feels so uncomfortable 😓😷🙁
Possibly hives or folliculitis (which tend to develop on areas of the body that get hot and sweaty). If they get persistently itchy, take a Benadryl and call your doctor, as it may be an allergic reaction.
I'd say it's probably just eczema which is a simple skin reaction...
Perhaps you tried a new body wash or something and it doesn't agree with you.
Use some simple unscented soap for a while and see if you clear up :)
Yeah could be anything really. Did you eat or come in contact with anything unusual or different recently?

I suggest asking for professional help like a doctor://
They look like just pimples but you seem to have a lot of them also so? I'd go see a doctor, just to be safe/sure (or call at least). I'm sure it's not serious though. But especially go if they're itchy or anything.
hives, allergic reaction to something it looks like
I have the exact same thing happening to me RIGHT NOW and the doctors have no explanation but gave me steroids and something for the itching. They are continually increasing in number with each day, I just started the steroid today but I was wondering if you found anything out?
They might be pimples. These are popular areas for pimples to come in, after all. That or you've got bedbugs...
They look like little white heads or a simple heat rash
Check your bed for bugs the only times I've been spotted like that is chicken pox and bed bugs
Your breaking out in a rash mayh from food or your environment check what you have been doing different for the past few weeks
Was it identified what this was? I would love to know since I have the same spots and around the same areas. I’ll be visiting my dermatologist this Monday but I’m very interested in knowing what this was. Thanks
My guess is the same as the others.. allergies perhaps.
Control your stress levels. Stay away from anxiety.
I have the exact same rash and my doctor believes that it is Pityriasis Rosea. He said it’s most common for women to have them.
It looks as if you have had a reaction to something, maybe a new soap or something similar. Maybe you could try a patch test somewhere else on your body with something you've recently used. Also, I'd ask a gp
If you're very concerned, the best thing is to ask your doctor.
Did you ever figure out what it was. I think I have the same spots and I don't know what caused it.
