Same reason your ass, thights and breast look good, you do NOT have a sperm low body fat percentage.
Literally everyone has abs, we just can't see them, the trick to seeing them isn't to workout and make them bigger it's to diet and get super lean.
I think Hughes jackman was down to like 4% to play wolverine, 4% is absolutely nuts and kind of unhealthy, the body needs some fat, fat is what keeps skin from literally sticking to your muscles.
And I do see your abs, well the outline of them, which is my preference for abs anyways.
First, you look great. Second, some guys care about abs and others not so much. Third, be proud of the effort you did put in. It takes work to work out and dedication. Finally, what @NathanDavis said is right: diet is part of it. Our bodies have fat layers over the ab muscles. Please don't interpret that as me saying you are fat -- you're not -- it's just that all bellies/tummies/abs have fat on top. And it's the most stubborn fat. My guess would be that you have some rock hard muscles there and just some diet changes would bring out the definition. But, again, you look great!
If you're not giving your body time to rest and recover you're basically going to be working twice as hard to see any results.
There is such a thing as too much.
(I've seen this in action firsthand.)
Take a day or 2 off each week to let your muscles recover.
Also, some people do the same exercises everyday. I highly recommend mixing things up and doing different exercises.
Try some new ones and mix it up every day that you do abs instead.
Enjoy! 😊
I forgot to mention the most important part! 😅
Diet is a huge factor in being able to see abs.
You already have abs! Now all you need to do is get your body fat percentage down a bit more to see them better.
Please be careful with this as it's extremely unhealthy and can lead to many health issues if you get too lean. Men can go a little bit leaner than women and still be healthy.
You probably already know this, but just wanted to mention just in case!
Lmao.. u can't gain abs if u spend a day posing in front of mirror a lot with phone on ur hand. Eh I've heard this from people.

Let me tell you something @cchung85999 I'm the 00.000000001% of the guys that does give a rat's ass, in fact a kangaroo's ass about your abs...
so let me say you this, abs are just about the hardest to develop so whenever you feel you've worked out enough for the day, that's when you have to put some more effort and work the extra mile for them... because they definitely take hard work
and it won't be just the workout but it might also be diet as well... and even water intake could be a factor, even genes could make a difference so, what matters at the moment is that you look great either way
the walls look amazing as well... great job painting those, whoever did it
Body fat. I'm not saying you're fat, you aren't. But the answer to that question regardless of who is asking is "body fat." And people's bodies deposit far slightly differently. Some might deposit more on the abdomen, others might not. But if you want you abs to show, the solution is do burn fat.
And you can't target-burn fat, but you can tone and build muscles in certain areas (which make those muscles be more easily seen). But yeah, there's just fat between your abdomen and your skin.
I was reading recently that some of it is genetics, just the shape of that muscle group. You look extremely healthy. But if you wanted to get like crisp abs you just have to keep getting leaner. Maybe meet with a bodybuilding coach and a dietician to put a plan together.
Drop the weight and do more reps, note you will want to drink more water and hydrating fluids to help with potential cramping. (i'm working on my own get lean workouts and to get cut and lose the extra weight I gained I'm having to get back into doing like 60 plus reps with low weight to cardio burn fat and or extra skin. And remember if you use lighter weight doesn't mean faster keep it a safe speed. Your working out your body not chipping like teeth.)
Fitness experts recommend training the muscles opposing those that you are focusing on as well though I'm not sure what that would be for abs,. For biceps it's triceps and in legs hamstrings and quadriceps. Don't you love people who answer your questions with no helpful information. Also exercising should be done with a day for the muscle to rebuild so not exercising on consecutive days- at least not those muscle groups
This has to do with bodyfat percentage rather than more crunches. Abs are usually the last area in which most people lose bodyfat. Eating at a caloric deficit with a high protein diet limiting carbohydrates should do the trick. Intermittent fasting works well too.
Well scientifically, it's always a bit harder for women to have visible abs than men due to the innate body fat that's present for protection. So it'll take you more effort.
But you don't need visible abs to be fit if that's what you're going for.
P. S in the pic you kinda look like Rosè from Blackpink
Omg I love rose she’s way prettier than me but I’ll take it 😩❕
Young one, stop chasing models and hollywood actresses.
They do not have realistic bodies in movies and at public apperances. And when they are not on "display", they look like regular people.
Maybe it's to do with the foods you are eating?
Are you generally active and do you walk a lot, besides working out?
I have a six pack. But it's a lot harder for women as you have a higher body fat naturally.
For visible abs you would need to reduce your body fat percentage to an unnatural (some might say unhealthy) level. So, unless your goal is to be a professional fitness model, I would advise against that.
You seem to be a bit narcissistic there. Did you get your dose of "look at me" today?
Someone is envious :D
Hardly. If I was needing some attention I'd put it in How Do I Look
But that won't be so subtle attention grabbing.
You have to cut if you want defined abs. 10% or less body fat typically is where abs are visible and defined. Just as a heads up, women usually need 11% or more body fat for menstruation.
your diet food intake sucks and you got to much body fat. only i know the real way of getting your abs to show more without surgery since my method works... get rid of all DIARY from your diet 1. cheese 2. milk 3. butter anything that has a high fat content level get rid of it
It could be your body type, what you eat, or the exercises you do, or the time spent ing them.
find a good trainer and ask them what you can do to bring them out.
Good abs are a lot of work.
I don't like visible abs on women. They are supposed to have a certain amount of subcutaneous fat.
Due body fat percentage.
Most of the time having toned abs, specially in women, is a bit unrealistic except if you expect to train twice a day.
Because they're not defined enough & you're not lean enough.
Because you're wearing some kind of tights all the way up to your belly button.
What is your nutrition look like, how is your body fat percentage and what is your ab routine and how often do you do it?
They're not going to show if there's any food in your tummy.
What do you mean ur getting more and more tone all the time Good Job
As a female, unless you are a body builder who is cutting for a comp or a marathon runner, having a visible six-pack is very difficult and borderline dangerous.
Visible abs is more about low body fat than anything else which is why it's more difficult for women to have them because they naturally carry a higher percentage of body fat to maintain health
It’s totally just a thing with specifically trying to make your muscles pop. And not…
Shredded abs come about by diet, not exercise, kiddo.
Let me tell you something cchung...99.999999999% if the guys do not give a rat's ass about your abs...99.999999999% of the guys care about the followings:
1- your ass
2- your legs
3- your tits
4- your face
You spend too much time posting how do I look posts instead of doing sit ups
Based
You're a beautiful, feminine young woman. Why do you want to have a man's abs?
ABS are a function of diet more than exercise. Genetics also play a role in it.
The fact that you are well toned is enough. Those abs (if you mean 6 packs) on girls look obnoxious anyway.
Because your body fat percentage is too high and your abs are not prominent enough...
Because you gotta work on fat % reduction and you gotta do workouts that focus on your abs more if that's what you're going towards.
Your abs are excellent very sexy. Perhaps you need to check your diet with a nutritionist in case you want even more results
GIRL? Your fine. Sit on a stool lay all the back and balance with your legs.
Could be what you're eating. Some foods make me look bloated.
You're fit, you don't need stupid 6 pack abs like some meathead dude
You have to get more cut up but that’s not that important is it?
How many times are you going to show your picture
I also thought she just wants validation, and to fish for compliments
it's not just how much you exercise but also your diet
You workout once a day and attention whore 100 times per day.
Abs are so brutal to get.. I'm working on then now and they are really tough
Diet is key to this.. you need to be in a calorie deficiency to burn off body fat.
You still have to much fat.
To have a six pack it really takes work.
You're still attractive
Cause your a girl and that's the way a girls stomach is supposed to be
Nobody cares anyway. Your clevage is still visible that matters more. Unless you wanna attract gay men
push for that shi, girl. Puuush
Why is your mirror so damn dirty lol
Girl, stop it. You already know you look awesome.
Perhaps you are not training hard enough.
Because you are a cute Panda
Because you are built differently
You have them mostly covered by clothing.
Who cares? You’re a babe!!
You look better without abs.
Gee I wonder. 😂
Eating healthy will help you more
More ab-BUILDING exercises.
Work out to much need more rest
The body needs rest and can over workout and not see the results.
You can work out almost everyday and still get good results if you do it correctly. That's why a five day split is a thing. By alternating out what body parts your working so you can workout every day but only workout each body part once a week.
I was a personal trainer did it for years and was pretty good at it I do know what I'm talking about.
Your vanity takes up most the lens.
It takes a lot of work to get well defined abs
Um, because you're a woman?
