Does anyone here have rheumatism? What does it cause? My anti-CCP is 90?

The doctor said that rheumatism may start in me at any moment. What should I do to never get rheumatism? Please help if anyone has information about it

This is not a good outcome , especially at your age , first thing to do is take a look at total lifestyle choices , you now must make only good choices , check weight , BMI , exercise and diet , absolutely zero proceeded foods , more often than not this is a cause , use drugs sparingly , the situation can be overcome but discipline is now the absolute essence , every move counts , and you need to be really moving , eating well , rid of all vices.

Because the flip side of carrying on as previous , with what can happen , must not be an outcome to consider , for every action there is a reaction , and a price to be paid , and you do not wish to develop to the harsh end of the scale.

Few doctors ( in USA or UK ) will tell you the truth , they will only treat symptoms.

No -- I dont have it , I focused on change long ago , diet / stress / exercise are they keys to all inflammatory based conditions , not legal script drugs , there are some incredible presenters on you tube , for holistic based living , the good news is , you can avoid much of this , but its going to take change.
Stress , is a silent killer in so very many ways , zero doubt about that too. Arthritic style script drugs are in a category of their own for danger , they screw the immune system , you have age on your side , get to it and make those changes , but dont just follow what a drug salesman tells you.
You can turn this around.
