Why I always doing majority of housework?

I am taking antidepressant tablet for depression and anxiety. I am struggling everyday fighting my mental illness, while I am trying to get my life back together.

I do a lot for my family because I care about them. They say they apreciate me, but it just words, I want them to show me it.
Do something nice for me. Give me time for myself?" Ask me what are my interest?
What are my goals in my life?

Because you're always the one willing to do it. Stop doing all the housework and somebody else will have to step up. You shouldn't be doing all the extra work just to get a compliment.

In the past rather than prescribe antidepressants to women for all mental health problems doctors used to prescribe orgasms for "female hysterical". Perhaps we should go back to those similar times.
