Girls, do you like running or jogging or working out in general?

I like to combine exercise with obtaining some other kind of goal. Just going to the gym and running in the same spot for an hour, or going all the way to the gym, get changed, just to lift weights for 20 minutes (as going over that starts to deteriorate your muscles rather than increase them), just seems really boring.

I love it. I love feeling strong. It's as simple as that. Just knowing that you can do something or do something better than the average person, because you work out makes me feel so good. That feeling you get when you realize you can do something now that you couldn't before.

you have youth on your side, I opted to go with a spin class or rowing machine nearly 20 years ago. Jogging just got to be hard on my joints. I knew that would be the case because I had cartilage issues in my knees from uncontrollable factors.

I do run from time to time but I get my cardio weekly from dancing. I do workout 4 to 5 days a week though.

My workout is my job. I walk and stand for 8 hours a day and don't get home until 10. By that time, im exhausted and ready to sit down.

I can't run with my body but I swim and work out every week.
