How does one make themselves happy in a job they hate?

i hate My job in the summer I work 60 hours a week I work retail but i feel like it's more.

in the winter i will work only 40 but i still hate the job.

it's coming to the point that i will quick & take a year off work i have money saved up or finding a work from home job

how can i make myself happy so i stay with my job?

Im the same way. As of this year, I dont really have any intentions of staying at jobs for longer than 6 months if I don’t enjoy them. No one wants to commit to a company that doesn't treat them right.

Very true for My age 27 I should be making a lot more then $16.12 an hour at a job i can aleast find some joy in.

The goal for most is to make 20+ an hour but thanks to inflation, 20 is now the new 15
