Is nearsightedness caused by too much screen time reverse able?

I wear glasses just recently because of this but I hate them. I want good eyesight, but I spend about 5-12 hours a day infront of a screen because I have nothing else to do. I do my school work and when I'm done I sit in front of a screen the rest of the day. I'm homeschooled and I'm not allowed to go outside alone so I'm never outside because my parents don't have time to take me out. I'm outside like once a week. My mom keeps on complaining that I am running my eyesight even more and I am aware of that, but what else can I do? I'm just inside all day, and now I'm crying because I miss when I had good eyesight. Is this fixable without lasik eye surgery or am I doomed to have bad eyes for the rest of my life?
