Does mixing turmeric with black pepper automatically have benefits? do you have to cook the turmeric?

I used to buy turmeric mixed with black pepper but at $50 a 200 capsule box, I thought I would be cheaper to make my own. Have you done this?

Boil a glass of milk.

Add 2-3 crushed pieces if cardamom.

As it is boiling, add 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder and some black pepper powder.

Stir it well.

When the boiling temperature has come down, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey.

Keep pouring the milk from pan A to Pan B and then from B to A and repeat this 5-6 times.

Pour it in a mug.

It is ready to drink.

I do. I've learned that they put a lot of feelers in them to make you think you're buying better or more when they put it in the capsules for you.

Everyone on my dad's side has liver issues and turmeric mixed with black pepper is good for. your liver. It also helps people rebuild bone mass if their bones decay with old age.
