
Do you workout?


It depends on what workout I'm doing and how I'm feeling.

When I go rowing in the ocean, I rarely have music on. I enjoy the time in nature with the ambient sounds around me and awareness of other vessels and wildlife.
When I go to the gym I tend to pop my own music on since it's so much better than the pop or mainstream music they play on the PA. I'll also listen to an audiobook or podcast sometimes. Every once in a while I'll leave the earbuds out just randomly. There's a few local hikes I do for time (faster pace than just a relaxed hike up the mountain, and usually with weight) and I also pop earbuds on for most of those. If it's more of a leisurely hike, I'm more likely to leave earbuds out.
The rest of the fitness I do is more sports (jujitsu, football, etc) and it's not really conducive to listening to music. I do love tunes while I'm snowboarding, it's like dancing on the mountain.
When it is hot weather like 90 degrees or more I only do it once per week, but when it is cooler weather I like to workout 4 days per week. M, T, TH, F.
I go to the gym 5 times a week, and I do cardio, sit-ups, and pull-ups at home everyday.
In my line of work I have to look good when I'm nude and undressed, so I have to take care of myself, eat the right things and keep my body in peak physical condition or else I'll have to flip burgers for minimum wage and that will NOT support my lifestyle.
I don’t actually officially work out but I do jog and stuff just cause I like how it makes me feel. There are plenty of gyms that allow 16 yr olds to work out there (some of my friends do). And yeah listening to music while you work out is a great idea.

I like to go running and work out at the gym with the cardio machines and free weights 🏃🏻♂️ and yes, I have music playing when doing these things. I also practice a form of kickboxing 🥊 and sometimes there’s music on in the background during practice, but not while sparring and during grading or competition events.
I use my workout time to watch news. I am busy during the day with a job that requires my attention, so during workout is a good time to catch up on what is happening in the world.
I run five miles per day and do abs every day except Sunday. Upper body twice per week. Lower body twice per week. Uechi-Ryu once per week, BJJ once per week.
If that's what you look like after a baby, wow, not a single struck mark :)

Yes i workout everyday. It has become a part of my routine which makes me really happy. Its just peaceful
